RENT COLLECT SERVICE:
Rent is initially collected the first month in advance and a rent receipt is processed and rent payable to the Landlord. We then set up a monthly standing order for the new tenants, made payable to your bank once the tenancy complete.

Market the property extensively to find a suitable tenant, reference the tenant to ensure suitability, complete the rental agreement, hold the deposit in a secure tenant deposit fund and administer the ongoing collection of the rent on your behalf, including chasing for late/non payment:

aimed at Landlords who prefer a more “hands on” approach once a tenant is placed and the legal issues have been dealt with.

For experienced landlords that simply want us to use our marketing and resources to attract interest from quality tenants we will advertise the property extensively to attract interest from potential tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate terms from interested parties, reference the tenant to ensure suitability, complete the rental agreement, hold the deposit in a secure tenant deposit fund and hand the keys to the tenant on completion day at which point your contact details would be passed for ongoing communication with your tenant.
